This beautiful newly remodeled house has 5 very spacious rooms with ceiling fans. You just have to cross the street to be on the beach and the sea. Enjoy a beautiful and comfortable common area. Also a comfortable terrace with a grill next to a small pool to cool off in the backyard of the house. It has a large kitchen and a dining room. The house assumes 40 kilowatts of daily energy, the surplus (if any) is assumed by the client.
